Li-Ning Liren 6 "Year of the Horse"

The Li-Ning Liren 6 "Year of the Horse" is a special Chinese New Year (CNY) limited edition of the Liren 6 basketball shoe, released on November 20, 2025. This version features a vibrant color scheme inspired by the Year of the Horse. 

Design and Aesthetics

The "Year of the Horse" edition showcases a festive and vibrant design. 

· Colorway: The main color is "Ruyi Red," accented with gold splashes and details.

· Embellishments: It features specific "Year of the Horse" embroidery and the heel TPU transitions from red to black with gold highlights, radiating a festive energy.

· Materials: The upper is made from a blend of textile and TPU for a balance of flexibility and support. 

Performance Features

The "Year of the Horse" edition incorporates the same high-performance technologies as the standard Liren 6 model: 

· Cushioning: Features full-length BOOM (Beng Technology), a PEBAX-based supercritical foam, for responsive energy return and impact protection.

· Traction and Durability: The outsole is made from TUFF RB, a high wear-resistance rubber that is more durable than ordinary rubber, making it suitable for outdoor courts. It features a hexagonal tread pattern.

· Stability: Includes the PROBAR LOC stabilizing device in the arch to provide torsional resistance and support. It also features the PENTA-S shear-stress support system, a 3-D TPU cage on the lateral forefoot that interlocks with the BOOM foam for lockdown during hard cuts.
