- Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
- Shipping Policy and Fees
We offer two shipping options, including details such as shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times.(The table uses US as an example)

- Shipments to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Some of our carriers have restrictions regarding shipments to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a complete delivery address.
- Customs and Taxes
VJ SNEAKER is not responsible for any import taxes or duties applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping, such as tariffs, are the responsibility of the customer.
How to Check the Status of My Order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number, which you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at verticaljump@vjsneaker.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you in tracking your order.
