Li-Ning Blade DF-01 Max (also known as Blade Max) in the White/Silver/Gold colorway is a professional-grade, high-end badminton shoe famously worn by top Japanese international player Yuta Watanabe.

Shipments to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Some of our carriers have restrictions regarding shipments to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a complete delivery address. We are not responsible for a missing package if the package is successfully delivered to the correct address. We are responsible for providing evidence of delivery and assisting to contact the couriers if the packages are delivered to the wrong addresses.

Customs and Taxes

For most countries, we cover basic tariffs through our shipping agency at shipping.  However, we are not responsible for any other import taxes or duties applied to your order in the case that the package is held by your country's Customs. Any fees imposed during the Customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer. 

How to Check the Status of My Order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number, which you can use to check the status of your order in the "Order Tracking" section on our website. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available. 

If you haven't received a tracking number after three days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at verticaljump@vjsneaker.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you in tracking your order. 

Cancellation 

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of putting down the order. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.  

Return & Exchange

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your items must be in the same condition that you received them. It must also be in the original packaging. 

We provide free return shipping for defective or damaged products. For other returns and exchanges, a $35 restocking fee applies, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).  

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item within 7 days. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed.
