Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

For some countries, shipping fees are over our shipping charge coverage, we will contact you via email for additional shipping charges. Please make sure to review the shipping costs at checkout to understand the total order amount.

Shipments to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Some of our carriers have restrictions regarding shipments to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a complete delivery address. We are not responsible fora missing package if the package is successfully delivered to the correct address. We are responsible for providing evidence of delivery and assisting to contact the couriers if the packages are delivered to the wrong addresses.
Customs and Taxes
For most countries, we cover basic tariffs through our shipping agency at shipping. However, we are not responsible for any other import taxes or duties applied to your order in the case that the package is held by your country's Customs. Any fees imposed during the Customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer.
How to Check the Status of My Order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number, which you can use to check the status of your order in the "Order Tracking" section on our website. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received a tracking number after three days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at verticaljump@vjsneaker.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you in tracking your order.
