The Li-Ning Way of Wade 808 3 Ultra V2 "Team No Sleep" is a high-performance, limited-edition basketball shoe known for its enhanced lockdown, stability, and premium cushioning technology. It was released on December 20, 2023. 

Key Features and Technology

The "Team No Sleep" V2 version improves upon the original 808 3 Ultra with better ankle support and enhanced lockdown mechanisms. 

· Midsole: Features a full-length, drop-in LI-NING BOOM midsole, which is made using supercritical fluid foaming technology for light, durable, and highly responsive cushioning with excellent energy return.

· Support & Stability: An integrated full-length arched carbon-fiber plate provides superior torsional rigidity, support, and power transmission, effectively preventing sprains and ankle rollovers.

· Lockdown: The V2 is a high-cut design with double lockdown achieved through tinsel wires attached to the shoelaces and a high-cut neoprene mesh around the ankle, ensuring a secure fit during explosive movements.

· Traction: The outsole utilizes a durable TUFF OS rubber with a W-patterned wavy groove, offering excellent grip for consistent performance on both indoor and outdoor courts.

Order Processing Time

Shipments to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Some of our carriers have restrictions regarding shipments to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a complete delivery address. We are not responsible fora missing package if the package is successfully delivered to the correct address. We are responsible for providing evidence of delivery and assisting to contact the couriers if the packages are delivered to the wrong addresses.

Customs and Taxes

For most countries, we cover basic tariffs through our shipping agency at shipping.  However, we are not responsible for any other import taxes or duties applied to your order in the case that the package is held by your country's Customs. Any fees imposed during the Customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer. 

How to Check the Status of My Order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number, which you can use to check the status of your order in the "Order Tracking" section on our website. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available. 

If you haven't received a tracking number after three days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at verticaljump@vjsneaker.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you in tracking your order. 

Return and Exchange Policy

Cancellation 

You may cancel your order before we start shipment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.  

Returns 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your items must be defective or damaged, and in the same condition that you received them. It must also be in the original packaging.  

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).  

The shipping charge is on us if the item is eligible for a return. 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  

If you are approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 72 hours of its arrival. The shipping charge is on us if the items qualify for exchanges.
