Design Concept: Raw Sample
The “Raw Sample” finish is intentionally pre-distressed and vintage — a rough, unfinished look that evokes a factory prototype or development sample. By removing thick inner linings, the shoe sheds structural weight and emphasizes the organic texture of first-layer cowhide wrapping naturally around the foot. An elongated, slender silhouette with a tapered, contoured arch creates a graceful, non-chunky outline.
Comfort & Materials
- Upper: Premium first-layer reverse cowhide with soft sheepskin accenting — gradually molds to your natural walking stride over time
- Insole: Premium leather-covered insole with dual-layer 5mm Ortholite + 5mm partial latex — instant step-in comfort, no harsh break-in

Sizing & Fit
The shoe runs true to standard casual dress shoe lengths but uses a very narrow, snug performance last across the top.
- Narrow to Normal Feet: Order true to size. It will feel like a snug glove at first — the premium leather naturally relaxes and stretches to fit after 2–3 wears.
- Wide Feet & High Insteps: Size up 0.5 to 1 full size (or reference the Japanese CM sizing panel). Unlined sides mean wide foot bones can pinch against the slender frame initially.
- Break-In Tips: Wear thin socks during your first few walks. Avoid consecutive-day wear early on to allow the genuine leather to dry and retain its shape.
