Yanwen i 4PX zajišťují přepravu v první a střední fázi doručení. Třídí a letecky přepravují zásilky z uzlů v pevninské Číně a poté je předávají místním doručovacím službám v cílové zemi (například USPS v USA, Royal Mail ve Spojeném království nebo Japan Post). 

Možnosti dopravy

Uveďte prosím úplnou doručovací adresu. Neodpovídáme za ztracenou zásilku, pokud byla úspěšně doručena na správnou adresu. Odpovídáme za poskytnutí dokladu o doručení a za pomoc při kontaktování přepravců, pokud byla zásilka doručena na nesprávnou adresu.

Clo a daně

Ve většině zemí hradíme základní clo prostřednictvím naší přepravní agentury v rámci dopravy.  Neodpovídáme však za žádné další dovozní daně nebo poplatky uplatněné na vaši objednávku v případě, že je zásilka zadržena celními orgány vaší země. Jak zkontrolovat stav mé objednávky?

Jakmile bude vaše objednávka odeslána, obdržíte e-mailové oznámení se sledovacím číslem, které můžete použít ke kontrole stavu objednávky v části "Sledování objednávky" na našich webových stránkách. Aktualizace informací o sledování může trvat až 48 hodin.

Zrušení objednávky

Objednávku můžete zrušit do 24 hodin od jejího zadání. Vrácení peněz na původní způsob platby může trvat 3–5 pracovních dnů. Z vrácené částky bude odečten nevratný poplatek za zpracování ve výši 5 %.

Vrácení a výměna

Naše zásady platí 30 dní. Pokud od obdržení nákupu uplynulo více než 30 dní, bohužel vám nemůžeme nabídnout vrácení peněz ani výměnu. Abyste měli nárok na vrácení nebo výměnu, musí být zboží ve stejném stavu, v jakém jste jej obdrželi. Musí být také v původním obalu.

U vadných nebo poškozených výrobků poskytujeme bezplatnou zpětnou dopravu. U ostatního zboží vraceného nebo vyměňovaného jsou poplatek za zpracování ve výši 5 % a poplatek za opětovné naskladnění ve výši 35 $ nevratné. Náklady na zpětnou dopravu nese zákazník.

V určitých situacích se poskytuje pouze částečná refundace (pokud je to relevantní).

Vrácení peněz

Jakmile obdržíme a zkontrolujeme vaše vrácené zboží, do 7 dnů vám e-mailem oznámíme, že jsme jej obdrželi. Rovněž vás budeme informovat o schválení nebo zamítnutí vrácení peněz. Pokud bude schváleno, vrácení peněz zpracujeme. Částka bude během několika dnů připsána na vaši kreditní kartu nebo původní způsob platby.
