Refund and Exchange Policy

Cancellation 

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of putting down the order. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment. 5% non-refundable processing fee will be charged from the refund.

Return & Exchange

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your items must be in the same condition that you received them. It must also be in the original packaging. 

We provide free return shipping for defective or damaged products. For other returns and exchanges, 5% processing fee and $35 restocking fee are non-refundable. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
