キャンセル

発送を開始する前であれば、ご注文をキャンセルできます。返金は元の支払い方法に3～5営業日以内に反映されますので、ご了承ください。

返品

当社の返品ポリシーは30日間有効です。ご購入から30日以上経過した場合、残念ながら返金や交換は承れません。

返品の対象となるのは、商品に欠陥や損傷があり、受け取った時と同じ状態であることが条件です。また、元の包装に入っている必要があります。

返金
