The Li-Ning Zhan Long runs true to size (TTS) in length, but offers an extremely locked-down, high-performance wrap with a noticeably aggressive arch taper. As a signature competition shoe custom-built for Ma Long, it incorporates elite Li-Ning BOOM (䨻) cushioning and a carbon fiber plate in the midsole. Sizing Recommendations by Foot Type

• Normal / Narrow Feet: Go True to Size (TTS). Sizing true gives you the intended 1:1, glove-like fit. It locks your foot completely in place, eliminating any internal slippage during sudden lunges, forehand attacks, or rapid lateral stops.
• Wide Feet / High Insteps: Go up a half size (or 1 full size if your feet are very wide).
