私書箱やAPO/FPO宛の発送について

返品・交換ポリシー

キャンセル

発送を開始する前であれば、ご注文をキャンセルできます。返金は元の支払い方法に3～5営業日以内に反映されますので、ご了承ください。

返品

当社の返品ポリシーは30日間有効です。ご購入から30日以上経過した場合、残念ながら返金や交換は承れません。

返品の対象となるのは、商品に欠陥や損傷があり、受け取った時と同じ状態であることが条件です。また、元の包装に入っている必要があります。

一部の状況では、部分的な返金のみが認められる場合があります（該当する場合）。

返品対象の商品については、送料は当社が負担いたします。

返金

返品商品を受領・検査後、返品を受け取った旨のメールをお送りします。返金の承認または拒否についてもご連絡いたします。

承認された場合、返金処理を行います。数日以内にクレジットカードまたは元の支払い方法に返金が反映されます。

交換
