Design and Colorway
Inspired by the Blue Devils colorway of Irving’s alma mater, Duke University, this shoe features a primary black and blue color scheme complemented by metallic silver accents, such as the silver inverted Anta logo on the side of the shoe and the silver Irving Shield logo on the tongue. The blue areas on the upper have a subtle pattern treatment, making the overall look eye-catching.
Materials and Performance
The upper combines thermoplastic materials with fabric, with a Mono mesh-like material at the toe and a Velcro strap on the top of the foot that mimics the texture of a basketball jersey, providing a good feel. The midsole features full-length nitrogen technology, combined with an EVA frame at the heel and a carbon plate in the arch, and a TPU on the outer side of the forefoot provides anti-rollover functionality. The outsole offers good traction and durability.
