私書箱またはAPO/FPO住所への配送

配送業者によっては、私書箱への配送に制限があります。完全な配送先住所をご記入ください。荷物が正しい住所に正常に配達された場合、荷物の紛失について当社は責任を負いません。荷物が誤った住所に配達された場合、当社は配達の証拠を提示し、配送業者への連絡をサポートします。

関税および税金

注文状況を確認する方法

発送確認メールを受け取ってから3日経過しても追跡番号が届かない場合は、お名前と注文番号を添えてverticaljump@vjsneaker.comまでお問い合わせください。注文の追跡をサポートいたします。

キャンセル

ご注文確定後24時間以内であれば、ご注文をキャンセルできます。返金が元のお支払い方法に反映されるまで、3-5営業日ほどお待ちください。返金額から5%の返金不可の処理手数料が差し引かれます。

返品・交換

返品・交換の受付期間は30日間です。ご購入商品を受け取ってから30日を過ぎた場合、返金または交換はお受けできません。返品または交換の対象となるには、商品が受け取ったときと同じ状態でなければなりません。また、元の梱包である必要があります。

不良品または破損した商品の返品送料は無料です。その他の返品・交換については、5%の処理手数料と注文1件につき$35の再入庫手数料が返金不可となります。返品送料はお客様のご負担となります。

返金
