A highly stylized, progressive lifestyle sneaker that merges retro performance silhouettes with a modern digital-error concept. Part of PANE’s Zephyr Training Pouching family, this model re-imagines the iconic German Army Trainer (GAT) structure through a high-fashion, avant-garde lens — stripped down and reconstructed to embrace structural, visual asymmetry.
Design Concept: Analogue Glitch
A physical tribute to glitch art subculture. The shoe features an intentional ruched, gathered effect on the back heel and side paneling, mimicking distorted signal lines or data corruptions on an analog screen. Crisp white premium cattle split leather is balanced against deep black overlays, with bold contrast stitching zig-zagging across panels to heighten the fragmented, digitized aesthetic. True to the Zephyr ethos, stiff padded internal layers are stripped away — the soft leather wraps fluidly around the foot like a second skin.

- Upper: Premium tumbled split leather — breaks in beautifully over time, breathable and long-lasting without feeling rigid
- Insole: Leather-lined insole embedded with 5mm Ortholite foam for all-day rebound and impact absorption
- Midsole: Signature natural cork sheet for flexibility and ground feel
- Outsole: Updated two-piece lightweight rubber outsole — contours naturally to your foot’s roll
Sizing & Fit
Engineered on PANE’s signature elongated frame with a sculpted, narrow arch.
- Narrow to Normal Feet: Order true to size. The softer cowhide leather molds comfortably to your exact foot shape after a couple of days of casual wear.
- Wide Feet & High Insteps: Size up 0.5 to 1 full size. The ruched/pouching design elements compress slightly tighter across the midfoot and heel than standard flat sneakers.
- Break-In Care: Wear with mid-weight socks initially to smooth out the heel-gathering contact points. Alternate wearing days early on to let the leather naturally set its shape.
