Order Delivery Time - Free Shipping

We only offer one shipping option - free shipping. Take the US as an example, the Estimated total delivery time from order placement is 7 - 14 days 

For some countries and remote areas, shipping fees may exceed our shipping charge coverage. Remote areas may be subject to an additional shipping fee. If any additional shipping charges are required, we will notify you by email. If you have any issues, please contact us at verticaljump@vjsneaker.com. 

Size Confirmation and Order Processing Time

Some brands use different sizing than standard Western brands. We will email you after receiving your order to recommend the correct size. If we don’t hear back within 48 hours, we will ship the size you originally selected.

All orders are authenticated within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a tracking info notification once your order has been shipped. 

Reliable Couriers - FedEx, Yanwen & 4PX

We use FedEx, Yanwen and 4PX for majority of our packages. All companies are massive logistics aggregators that handle millions of cross-border e-commerce parcels daily from China to ensure delivery.
Yanwen Registered Air Mail and 4PX Worldwide Express guarantee end-to-end tracking, meaning the package is scanned at every transition hub and won't go missing during postal handoffs. Both Yanwen and 4PX operate as first-mile and middle-mile handlers. They sort and fly the cargo out of mainland China hubs, then pass the package to local destination couriers (such as USPS in the US, Royal Mail in the UK, or Japan Post). 

Shipments to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Some of our carriers have restrictions regarding shipments to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a complete delivery address. We are not responsible for a missing package if the package is successfully delivered to the correct address. We are responsible for providing evidence of delivery and assisting to contact the couriers if the packages are delivered to the wrong addresses.

Customs and Taxes

For most countries, we cover basic tariffs through our shipping agency at shipping.  However, we are not responsible for any other import taxes or duties applied to your order in the case that the package is held by your country's Customs. Any fees imposed during the Customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer. 

How to Check the Status of My Order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number, which you can use to check the status of your order in the "Order Tracking" section on our website. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available. 

If you haven't received a tracking number after three days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at verticaljump@vjsneaker.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you in tracking your order. 

Cancellation 

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of putting down the order. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment. 5% non-refundable processing fee will be charged from the refund. 

Return & Exchange

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your items must be in the same condition that you received them. It must also be in the original packaging. 

We provide free return shipping for defective or damaged products. For other returns and exchanges, 5% processing fee and $35 restocking fee per order are non-refundable. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).  

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item within 7 days. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days. If you have done all of the above and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at verticaljump@vjsneaker.com.
