The standard sock liner is replaced entirely by a thick, structural drop-in insert system. The shoe ships with two distinct pairs:
- Training Insert (Unplated) — Pure 361° super foam with standard arch support and zero carbon plate. Delivers a flexible, forgiving, high-cushion ride ideal for daily training, easy miles, and recovery runs.
- Racing Insert (Carbon-Plated) — The same high-energy foam contour, but with a full-length QUIKBONE carbon fiber plate fused directly to the base. Slide it in and the shoe instantly transforms into an aggressive, spring-loaded marathon racing flat.
