Upper

The V2 introduces a thicker, welded TPU exoskeleton over a woven jacquard mesh — a significant step up from the V1. The result is noticeably better lockdown and a more connected feel between foot and shoe, keeping you stable through hard cuts and lateral movements.

Midsole

A full-length, replaceable Drop-In SUPER BOOM midsole sits at the heart of the shoe. Incredibly bouncy and responsive, it delivers some of the best energy return and impact protection in its category — and can be swapped out when worn down. An integrated carbon fiber plate provides rigid torsional support and efficient energy transfer during explosive cuts, drives, and take-offs.

Outsole

Dual-compound outsole combines GCU (Ground Control Unit) for elite slip resistance with TUFF RB for enhanced wear resistance. Optimized for indoor courts with enough durability for occasional outdoor use.

Size Recommendations

Normal / Narrow Feet:
Go True to Size (TTS). Choose your usual US/EUR size in Li-Ning or Nike for a perfect, 1:1 snug fit.

Wide Feet / High Arch:
Go half a size up. The forefoot TPU and overlay materials are quite stiff. Staying true to size may cause uncomfortable pinching or pressure on top of your foot.

Wearing Thick Basketball Socks:
Go half a size up. This leaves enough room for thick padding without sacrificing lockdown.

Authentication Time

All items are verified within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the items arrive at our facility in China. You will receive a notification once your order has been verified and shipped.

Shipments to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Some of our carriers have restrictions regarding shipments to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a complete delivery address. We are not responsible for a missing package if the package is successfully delivered to the correct address. We are responsible for providing evidence of delivery and assisting to contact the couriers if the packages are delivered to the wrong addresses.

Customs and Taxes

For most countries, we cover basic tariffs through our shipping agency at shipping.  However, we are not responsible for any other import taxes or duties applied to your order in the case that the package is held by your country's Customs. Any fees imposed during the Customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer. 

How to Check the Status of My Order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number, which you can use to check the status of your order in the "Order Tracking" section on our website. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available. 

If you haven't received a tracking number after three days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at verticaljump@vjsneaker.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you in tracking your order. 

Cancellation 

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of putting down the order. 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment. 

Return & Exchange

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your items must be in the same condition that you received them. It must also be in the original packaging. 

We provide free return shipping for defective or damaged products. For other returns and exchanges, 5% processing fee and $35 restocking fee are non-refundable. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).  

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item within 7 days. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days. If you have done all of the above and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at verticaljump@vjsneaker.com.
