ANTA Shock Wave 5 Pro "Valentine's Day" basketball shoe is a limited edition release from January 2024. 

Design & Aesthetics

· Colorway: The "Valentine's Day" edition features a striking palette of Lilac/Pink/White.

· Aesthetics: The design incorporates a unique combination of pink and purple hues with white accents, offering a festive and distinct look on the court. The general design language of the Shock Wave 5 Pro is aggressive, with elements meant to evoke animalistic "brutal" appearances.

· Release Date: This special colorway was released on January 17, 2024. 

Performance Technology

The Shock Wave 5 Pro model is a highly loaded performance shoe packed with ANTA's flagship technology:

· Cushioning: The midsole is made with full-length ANTA Nitroedge (nitrogen-infused) foam, which provides a high level of cushioning and energy return (approximately 82%) while remaining lightweight.

Stability & Support:

· It features a unique triple carbon plate structure located in the front, middle part, and on the side of the sole for superior anti-torsion support and strength.

· TPU lateral support makes the shoes stable and enables faster starting and stopping.

· Traction & Durability: The rubber outsole has a multi-directional pattern for excellent grip, and is durable enough for both indoor and outdoor courts.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipments to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Some of our carriers have restrictions regarding shipments to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a complete delivery address. We are not responsible fora missing package if the package is successfully delivered to the correct address. We are responsible for providing evidence of delivery and assisting to contact the couriers if the packages are delivered to the wrong addresses.

Customs and Taxes

For most countries, we cover basic tariffs through our shipping agency at shipping.  However, we are not responsible for any other import taxes or duties applied to your order in the case that the package is held by your country's Customs. Any fees imposed during the Customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer. 

How to Check the Status of My Order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number, which you can use to check the status of your order in the "Order Tracking" section on our website. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available. 

If you haven't received a tracking number after three days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at verticaljump@vjsneaker.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you in tracking your order. 

Return and Exchange Policy

Cancellation 

You may cancel your order before we start shipment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.  

Returns 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your items must be defective or damaged, and in the same condition that you received them. It must also be in the original packaging.  

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).  

The shipping charge is on us if the item is eligible for a return. 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  

If you are approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 72 hours of its arrival. The shipping charge is on us if the items qualify for exchanges.
